Creator
management,
run like a business.
We run creator accounts end to end: strategy, production, distribution and the payment and back office setup behind it.
Most creators do not lose money because they lack talent. They lose it because nobody runs the operation: no posting system, no pricing logic, no funnel, no clean invoicing. That is the part we take over. We work with a small number of creators at a time, and we get paid on results.
Work with usFour areas,
one team.
A creator signs one agreement and gets the whole operation, not a single freelancer.
Creator
management
The day to day operation of a creator account.
- Posting and publishing schedule
- Fan communication systems and response workflows
- Pricing, offers and subscription structure
- Weekly reporting on revenue and retention
Content
production
We decide what gets made, and we help make it.
- Format development and content planning
- Shooting plans and on set direction
- Editing for short form and long form
- Hooks, scripting and caption work
Growth and
distribution
Free traffic turned into paying subscribers.
- Distribution across Instagram, YouTube, Reddit and X
- Funnel setup from public content to paid subscription
- Account recovery and platform compliance
- Performance analysis and iteration
Business and
payments
The unglamorous part that most creators never fix.
- Invoicing and contract structure
- Payment provider onboarding and payout routing
- Separate accounts per party, no pooled funds
- Clean documentation for accountants and tax advisors
Three steps.
The first is free.
An audit takes about a week. If we do not see a path to growth, we say so and stop there.
Audit
We look at the existing account, the numbers and the content library, then write down what is actually holding revenue back. No pitch deck, one document.
Build
We set up the operation: content plan, posting and messaging systems, distribution channels, pricing, and the invoicing and payment structure. Every party keeps their own accounts.
Run and scale
We run the account week by week, report on what moved, and reinvest into the formats that work. The creator keeps ownership of everything, we invoice a management fee.
One account,
three months.
